SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently only ship within the United States.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders typically take 1-2 business days to process before shipping. This does not include weekends or holidays.

DELIVERY TIME

Once your order is processed, shipping times depend on the method you choose:

• Standard Shipping: 9-15 business days
• Express Shipping: 5-8 business days

Please Note:
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
(Example: If you choose Express Shipping, your order may take 6-10 business days total to arrive.)

Note: Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 

SHIPPING COST

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the Standard shipping starts from $4.95, and the Express shipping starts from $19.95. The shipping cost details are as follows,

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

TAXES & DUTIES

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the package arrives. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at Scary Costume. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail.

There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parckages are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability.
